Our People

Terry is the Chairman and founder of Salima Holdings. He studied both science and business at university and has spent his entire career in business acquiring and managing technical businesses like ours.

Matt is the Managing Director and shareholder of Salima Holdings and the Managing Director of Keywatcher Australia Pty Ltd. He is a chartered accountant and has both worked in the profession and managed technical businesses like ours.

Jason is the Managing Director and shareholder of LaMotte Pacific. He is an electrical and mechanical engineer and has been involved with Salima Holdings since its inception in 2002.

Christine is the Group Accountant of Salima Holdings Pty Ltd. She is an accountant with many years of experience working in our subsidiaries and in similar companies outside our group.
