Terry is chairman and managing director of Salima Holdings. He is also a director of all its subsidiaries. He studied both science and business at university, and has spent most of his career buying and managing businesses similar to ours.

Matt is a director of Salima Holdings and all of its subsidiaries. He is an accountant with experience both in the profession and in small private businesses such as ours. Matt is the managing director of CardServ and oversees the financial affairs of the group.

Jason is the managing director of AST and a director of AST Macau. He is an electro-mechanical engineer and has spent most of his working life in technical businesses of the sort we like. Jason is recognised as a world expert in the field of computerised key control.

Stephen is the general manager and a director of AST Macau. He has spent many years doing business in China, and has a long association with AST’s flagship product, KeyWatcher.

John is a director of Salima Holdings and of CardServ and Carbine Media. He is a lawyer with a business qualification and experience in the plastic card business. John is the managing director of Carbine Media.
